By accessing or using Fatherless, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fatherless. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18+. Uploaders must also confirm adult status, consent, and rights before submitting content. Misrepresenting your age results in immediate account termination.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload or share content involving anyone under 18
• Upload or share non-consensual content (revenge porn)
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam, phish, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in illegal activity

5. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Fatherless a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce your content.

You confirm that you have the legal right to upload all content and that it complies with all laws and these Terms.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also disable your account for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

Fatherless and its features are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our software or content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FATHERLESS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fatherless harmless from any claims arising from your use of our service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Fatherless immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Fatherless after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, with disputes resolved through binding arbitration.
