Community Guidelines

Our Principles

Fatherless is a community for consenting adults. Everything on our platform is built around these core principles:

• Consent is mandatory: All persons in content must be 18+ and have explicitly consented to publication
• Privacy is protected: Content that violates someone's privacy or consent is not allowed
• Safety first: We actively work to prevent exploitation and protect vulnerable members
• Authenticity matters: Impersonation, catfishing, and deceptive practices are not tolerated

What's Allowed

• Original, consensual adult content between participants 18+
• Professional adult content from established creators and studios (with proper documentation)
• Educational and sexual health content
• Photography, film, and artwork that comply with these guidelines
• Comments and community discussion about adult topics
• Creator profiles and public video pages

What's Not Allowed

• Any content involving minors — automatic permanent ban and reporting to authorities
• Non-consensual content — intimate images shared without consent (revenge porn)
• Impersonation — pretending to be someone else or using their image without consent
• Extreme violence or harm — content that sexualizes serious injury or death
• Copyright infringement — stolen content or copyrighted material
• Spamming or harassment — targeted abuse, threats, or harassment of other users
• Phishing or scams — financial exploitation or deception
• Illegal content — anything violating local, state, or federal laws

Moderation & Enforcement

Our moderation team reviews reports and violations. Here's how we handle violations:

• First violation: Warning and education. Opportunity to correct.
• Repeated violations: Temporary suspension (7–30 days). Content removal.
• Severe violations (minors, non-consensual): Immediate permanent ban. Legal reporting if applicable.

Appeal Process

We believe in fair moderation. If you believe action was taken incorrectly:

1. Contact support with the affected account or content details
2. Include the moderation reason if one was provided to you
3. Our review team will assess the request and update the account record
4. We may leave restrictions in place while safety or legal review is active

Reporting Violations

See something that violates our guidelines? Report it immediately. We take all reports seriously:

• Use the report button on any content (three dots menu in top right of media card)
• For critical issues (minors, non-consensual), visit our public takedown form —no account required
• For urgent issues, email safety@fatherless.com
